This place suits me perfectly with fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a taxi. The friendly team always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend for a stay!

The Victorian architecture of the building adds a unique character, making the overall aesthetic quite appealing. The bed in the executive king room felt spacious, and the high ceilings create a nice sense of openness, perfect for relaxation after a day in the city.
The air conditioning unit in my room was on the fritz, which is less than ideal when the sun's hitting hard through those large west-facing windows. The bathroom, while decent, seemed a bit tired and lacked sufficient countertop space for personal items. I also noticed that basic amenities like extra towels and bathrobes seemed limited, with only one robe and towel provided for two guests. Lastly, the coffee options in the room were subpar, which dimmed the excitement for that first morning boost.

Convenient Stay with Friendly Staff
Our short stay was brightened by the warm interaction with staff, especially the receptionist who helped carry our luggage. The location is ideal. just a few minutes to the metro. Remember to check nearby eateries for a variety of meal options as dining in was limited.

Convenient access to underground, Proximity to attractions, Unique family-friendly suites
Rooms far too small for comfort!!! Cleaning inconsistencies, particularly in bathrooms, need addressing. Noise from adjoining rooms and outside could really disturb sleep!!! Better communication about room upgrades would help avoid frustration!!!

Great spot for family fun!
The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home, especially with our little one. The decor is nice, and you're right near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, which is awesome. Just wish the hotel restaurant was open. it would've been perfect for a family meal.

missingWrote a review on Oct 08charming characterhigh-quality breakfastbroken air conditioningmouse issueinsufficient follow-up
The hotel showcases a charming character and style, enhanced by the high-quality breakfast and attentive staff. The location near public transport and attractions makes it ideal for exploring. I faced a broken air conditioning unit on the first night, and a mouse issue on the second, leading to disappointment in the promised standards. Despite prompt reporting of these issues, the follow-up felt insufficient, impacting the overall experience significantly.

Had a blast staying with friends! We loved exploring the Science Museum and catching a show in the West End. The location was perfect, just a quick walk from the train station, and the breakfast was impressive with so many options, including made-to-order eggs. The staff were super helpful, especially with our questions about local attractions.
The lighting in our room could've been better, which made it tough to get ready at times.

the location was simply amazin! we walked to 3 museums which were super cool, and the area is just lovely to stroll around. the small gym was nice too, i liked it. staff were really friendly and welcoming, made us feel at home. oh and the cozy room was perfect for us as a couple!
but the room was kinda small for our liking and could use some updates. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work well at all.

Perfect for a group getaway
One night, the staff helped us out when we needed an emergency dentist, they were really concerned and went above and beyond to assist us. Plus, the breakfast was incredible, they had this amazing smoked salmon and you could order your eggs just how you liked them, it felt like a little luxury in the morning.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was fair for what you get.

For an 8-night stay, the location was fantastic, making it easy to access the tube and nearby attractions like the Victoria and Albert Museum. receiving a room on the ground floor with disruptive ventilation noise severely impacted the experience. Thankfully, the morning staff were quite accommodating, managing to relocate my mother to a quieter room. While the staff performance varied, the convenience of the location was a definite highlight.
